Terms of Service

We will always do our best to fulfil your needs and meet your goals, but sometimes it is best to have a few simple things written down so that we both know what we’re agreeing to, who should do what and what happens if things go wrong. Any purchase or use of our services confirms that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter these terms at any time.

The following terms and conditions apply to all custom design services, including branding, collateral styling, web design & development, provided by NatuRia Creative to the Client (you). 

Payment: Services are quoted on an individual basis via e-mail. Quotes are valid for a period of 30 days. NatuRia Creative reserves the right to alter or decline to provide a quote. Unless otherwise agreed, all design services require a payment of 50% of the project quotation total before the work begins – this secures your place in the design queue. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work, prior to installation or release of design materials. Invoices are due upon receipt with payments made via PayPal. Invoices that remain unpaid 30 days after the date of the invoice will be assessed a service charge in the amount of the higher of £30 per month or 1.5% of the total amount due. 

Permissions: You confirm that any elements of text, graphics or photos that you specifically provide us for inclusion in the web site are either owned by you, or you have the permission to use them. 

Timescale: Predicted timescales for a project are provided via email as a general guide/estimate. Sometimes a design may take longer than anticipated as there may be issues or complications beyond our control. NatuRia Creative will not be held liable if a design takes longer than expected. Designs will be worked on Monday-Friday during standard working hours (GMT).

Communication: All communication will be via email except where otherwise agreed at our discretion. You should aim to respond to any communications within 36 hours to avoid delay and to ensure your place in the waitlist. 

REVISIONS: A maximum of 3 complimentary revision rounds after the first draft are included with custom blog design purchases. Please note that any extra revision rounds may be subject to an additional fee.
 
Content & Backup: Writing and inputting content to your blog posts and pages is your responsibility. If you need assistance adding content to your pages, this can be arranged for an additional fee. NatuRia Creative is not responsible for any loss of content. It is strongly recommended that you save a backup of your blog before we install your new design to ensure nothing is lost during the installation process. 
 
MAINTENANCE: You are responsible for maintaining your site once the design has been installed. This includes adding content to pages and blog posts, adding/removing gadgets/widgets, backups, security, etc.
 
POST-INSTALLATION SUPPORT: We will provide up to one hour of free post-install support for minor revisions, resolving any bug fixes/issues or to go over any troubleshooting questions you may have. The one hour of post-install support expires 30 days from the installation date after which additional assistance and any issues or revisions unrelated to the original coding (eg. introduced by the site administrator) will be subject to fees.
 
Compatibility: All designs are tested in the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer and we do our best to ensure designs perform on all browsers and devices, although some minor variations may exist between browsers/operating systems. We do not guarantee that the functions contained in any web page templates or in a completed website will remain error-free forever. NatuRia Creative is not responsible for inconsistencies that may appear on older browser versions and, for websites built on the Blogger platform, any compatibility issues that may arise due to changes made by the platform in future.
 
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of blog/web designs, once design work has begun, refunds cannot be issued, except in our sole discretion. We will not refund any amounts for time that we have spent on the Project. If you have submitted your 50% deposit and change your mind before work has begun, we will gladly refund. Once work has begun on your design however, your 50% deposit becomes non-refundable. Once you approve your design for installation, full payment is due and your payment becomes non-refundable. If you decide during the design process that your do not wish to continue, you can request for your order to be cancelled and you will not be required to pay your remaining balance. 
 
Design Rights/Credit: Ownership of design elements and code is with NatuRia Creative and we license it to you for use on your project. You agree that you will not share or provide the markup, CSS and other code necessary to complete the Project with any other person or entity. All designs are for individual use exclusively on one website only and may not be redistributed, sold, modified or used for any additional purpose, such as business cards, letterheads, social media backgrounds etc., without first purchasing additional design rights or obtaining prior written agreement. A link to NatuRia Creative will be discreetly placed at the bottom of the Client’s website. You agree to keep this credit in place and also agree that the design elements and website developed for you may be displayed in our portfolio for promotional purposes.
 
RefusaL: NatuRia Creative reserves the right to refuse service.
