How to: customisE the Novella Blogger Template

Various aspects of the Novella template can be easily customised yourself with just a few clicks. The instructions below show how to edit fonts/colours, how to include dropdown navigation links and how to edit the featured images below the slider section. 1 – Go to the “Template” section of your dashboard and click “Customise”

2 – Use the options in the “Advanced” tab to make font/colour changes and click “Apply to Blog” when you’re done.

1 – Go to the “Layout” section of your dashboard and click “Edit” for the Dropdown Navigation gadget

2 – Add each link name and url. To add a dropdown link, simply add the symbol + before the name of each dropdown item. Use the arrow buttons to move each menu item to your desired order. Remember to click “Save” when you’re done.

1 – Go to the “Layout” section of your dashboard and click “Edit” for each of the Category image gadgets.

2 – Type the name of your category in the Title box, add the url you want to link to when the image is clicked, Upload the image from your computer (or paste the image url in the box). Remember to click “Save” when you’re done.
